Helping teachers & admin thrive one real, honest conversation at a time
Hi, I’m Adri! I'm an educator, coach, and consultant - and I'm still in the classroom.
I know what it's like to care deeply about students while juggling constant decisions, shifting expectations, and limited time. I know the tension between wanting to do meaningful work and feeling stretched thin by systems that don't always reflect classroom realities.
My work is grounded in the belief that educators deserve support that is thoughtful, practical, and human, not another script, initiative, or checklist.
My Background
I bring experience as a K-12 educator alongside sustained engagement with research, instructional practice, and educational leadership. My work sits at the intersection of teaching, learning, equity, and school systems.
I have spent my career studying how classroom structures, assessment practices, and institutional expectations shape both student experiences and teacher sustainability. This includes work focused on multilingual learners, identity, motivation, and instructional design, as well as supporting educators as they navigate change and competing priorities.
How I Work
I don’t believe educators need to be fixed or pushed to do more.
My coaching and consulting work centers on clarity, reflection, and intentional decision-making. I help teachers and leaders slow down enough to think carefully about their practice and to make choices that are aligned with their values and sustainable over time.
This work is collaborative. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you work through challenges with nuance and care. Together, we focus on what is within your control and how to move forward without sacrificing your well-being or professional integrity.
Who I Work With
I work with:
-
K–12 teachers seeking grounded support around classroom practice, instructional decisions, and sustainability
-
School and district leaders looking for consulting that is informed by research and grounded in classroom realities
Whether through individual coaching, small groups, or consulting partnerships, the goal is the same: to support educators in doing meaningful work in ways that are sustainable, coherent, and aligned.
Let’s Connect
If you’re looking for support that honors the complexity of education and the humanity of the people doing the work I’d love to connect.
You can explore coaching and consulting options, or start with a conversation to see what support might be most helpful.
