Over my career, I’ve taught in classrooms, mentored new teachers, led professional development, spoken at national education conferences, and worked alongside administrators to improve school culture. I’ve seen firsthand how the right kind of support can transform a teacher’s confidence, skills, and joy in the job.

Why I Do This Work
When I started teaching, I had so many questions, so many ideas, and, if I’m being honest, so much self-doubt. I felt like I was barely keeping my head above water (or, the piles of work to be graded) and making all kinds of mistakes. I wished I had someone to turn to who could give me honest advice without judgment, and practical strategies I could use right away. Now, I get to be that person for other educators.
